Security and Payment
We accept online credit / debit card payments securely via Nochex and Paypal.
You don’t need to be a nochex member to use the nochex card processing facilities.
When you have finished making your purchases and have filled in your delivery details you will proceed to Nochex’s secure online payment page where you will be asked for your payment details (e.g. credit card number). This secure online payment page is hosted on their 128 bit SSL SECURE SERVER. This ensures that all your payment details are securely encrypted for your safety.
Please note that we will never contact you via E-mail or telephone asking you to confirm your credit or debit card details.
These are handled solely by Nochex and we do not have access to this information. Any E-mails asking you to confirm your card or bank details should be treated with suspicion.
We also accept payment by cheque / postal order.
We can only accept cheques made payable in UK pounds sterling from a UK bank.
When paying by cheque / postal order proceed with your shopping as normal then when you have finished and are ready to make your payment simply choose checkout and then select payment by cheque / postal order as your payment method. You can then print your order out and post it along with your cheque / postal order (made payable to “Card Making Crafts”) to the following address.

Please note that when paying by cheque your order will be dispatched once the relevant funds have been cleared.
Payment by paypal
If you would like to pay for your order by paypal then during the checkout phase simply select to pay for your order by clicking the ‘Pay for your order using paypal’ and you will then be given the option to pay via paypal.
Delivery
We can only accept orders from within the UK, Ireland and the EU.
We charge a flat rate of only £2.49 for postage and packaging on all orders within the UK.
These are sent via first class royal mail or courier. All orders within the UK with a value of £25 or greater will be sent recorded delivery at no extra charge.
For Ireland and the rest of Europe(EU) we charge a flat rate of £4.99 for postage and packaging. These are sent by royal mail airmail small packet service. Please allow 28 days delivery for this method.
If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to offer either a suitable alternative or refund or arrange to back order the item if possible.
We aim to post all goods ordered within 1-3 working days from the relevant funds clearing.
Non delivery of goods.
Please allow 28 days from the despatch date of your order before contacting us if your order has not been delivered.
We cannot send out a replacement order until the full 28 days has passed.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process our order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your Name, Address, Tel No and E-mail address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check and update the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at sales@cardmakingcrafts.co.uk If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
We use technology to track the pattern of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using a "cookie" which is stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening if required. However the information collected in this way is to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item so if you have cookies disabled then you will be unable to add products to your shopping bag.
We will only E-mail you to inform you of special offers, Clearance products, New Products etc if you have chosen this option by filling in our newsletter request form.
If you wish to opt out of this service then just simply E-mail us to let us know and we will happily remove you from our list.
Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright, on this website are owned by Card Making Crafts and its suppliers.
Orders
All orders placed on this website are subject to availability and acceptance. Card Making Crafts reserve the right to refuse any order received and in such a case a full refund will be given.
Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock. If possible we can back order out of stock items.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of a lot of our products colours, designs and sizes may vary slightly from those shown.
Incorrect Delivery Of Goods
If delivery of the goods or quantities are different from those ordered then it is your responsibility to notify us of this as soon as possible, No later than within seven working days of receiving the goods.
Products
The dimensions of products given on this website are approximations only. Some of our products are handmade or made from natural resources. Due to this there may be some minor variations and slight imperfections.
