Delivery
UK, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands
We charge a flat rate of only £2.49 for postage and packaging on all orders within the UK, Northern
Ireland and channel islands.
These are sent via first class royal mail or courier.
For orders to overseas destinations please view below. Please allow up to 28 days for these delivery methods.
Please ensure that you choose the correct postage method when ordering to avoid any further costs.
Please note that if your shipping destination is outside of the EU/European Union then you
may be liable to pay import duty/taxes upon delivery. These are charged by your own
country and it is your responsibility to pay these duties/taxes and not ours.
Our overseas postage zones are as follows:
Zone A (Europe): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Monaco,
Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic(Slovakia), Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
Zone B (Rest of and Eastern Europe): Bulgaria, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Malta and Turkey
Zone C (Worldwide): Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, U.A.E (United Arab Emirates) and USA

If your country is not listed above then please feel free to contact us and we will be more
than happy to look into the possibility of shipping to your required country.
If an item is out of stock we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible to offer either a suitable alternative or refund or arrange to back order the item if possible.
We aim to post all goods ordered within 1-3 working days from the relevant funds clearing.
However, please allow extra time during busy periods and holidays.
If paying by cheque then please note your order will be posted after the cheque has cleared.
We can only accept cheques made payable in UK Pounds Sterling from a UK bank.
Please note regarding any orders placed during / near to a bank holiday / Christmas period etc then the delivery of your order may be delayed accordingly.
Incorrect delivery of goods
If delivery of the goods is different from those ordered then it is your responsibility to notify us of this as soon as possible, no later than within seven working days of receiving the goods.
Non delivery of goods.
Please allow 28 days from the despatch date of your order before contacting us if your order has not been delivered.
We cannot send out a replacement order until the full 28 days has passed.
Returns
We will happily accept the return of any faulty goods and will provide a full refund for these items and the postage costs incurred when returned within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days upon receipt of your order and receive a full refund but please note postage costs in this case will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund for any CD’s that have been opened. If your CD is faulty then a replacement only will be issued.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us safely. We strongly advise returning the goods via recorded delivery.
Please contact us prior to returning any goods.
If any sealed packets have been opened or damaged then we will class these as no longer being in their original condition and will therefore not qualify for a refund.
By original condition and packaging we mean unused and unopened.
Any returned items received after the 7 days will not be refunded.
